Work we subcontract

Stoddarts coordinates supply and installation across key stages of residential construction. We regularly partner with experienced subcontractors across roofing, fascia and gutter, cladding, linings, framing, foundations, insulation, and garage doors. If you take pride in quality work, value clear communication, and want consistent opportunities, we’d like to hear from you.

Framing

We partner with skilled framing trades who take pride in accuracy and compliance. Fully integrated, engineered, detailed, supplied and installed to support programme certainty, trade flow, and compliant outcomes.

Roofing, Fascia & Gutter

We work with experienced roofing subcontractors across residential builds nationwide. Our teams arrive to prepared sites with materials coordinated, clear scopes, and realistic schedules that help you work efficiently and safely.

Cladding

We subcontract cladding trades who value quality finish and site coordination. Supply, install, and technical support combined to remove facade complexity, reduce clashes, and keep timelines on track.

Insulation

We work with insulation trades who understand the importance of getting it right first time. Planned early and installed in sequence to remove friction, reduce delays, and keep builds moving.

Plasterboard

We partner with plasterboard installers who deliver consistent quality across high volume residential work. Planned early and coordinated through supply and install to protect timelines through to handover.

Garage Doors

We work with garage door installers who know the importance of a clean finish and on time delivery. Practical, site aware coordination that reduces defects, delays, and call backs.
