Emerging Leaders Development Program
For more than 65 years, Stoddart Group has built its success on strong leadership, practical experience and long term careers in the Australian construction industry. While mentoring and internal progression have always been part of our culture, we have now formalised this commitment through the launch of our structured Emerging Leaders Development Program.
Commencing in March 2026, this 10 month leadership training program supports Team Leaders, Supervisors and developing Managers as they transition into people leadership roles. Designed specifically for a fast paced national construction environment, the program combines structured workshops, workplace application and manager support to build capability in accountability, delegation, decision making, communication, planning and team leadership.

By introducing a formal leadership development pathway, we are strengthening consistency across our national operations and creating clear career progression opportunities for our team members.
Stoddart Group prides itself on providing genuine career pathways. Many of our leaders began on the tools or in support roles, and we are proud to have team members who have built careers spanning 20 years or more with the business.
