Stoddart Group Proud to Support Record Breaking Good Friday Appeal Charity Home

Stoddart Group is proud to celebrate another successful year supporting the Good Friday Appeal Charity Home Auction alongside long term partners Henley Homes and Villawood Properties, helping raise a record-breaking $1.212 million for The Royal Children’s Hospital.

Auctioned at Villawood’s Alamora community in Tarneit, the charity home achieved an extraordinary result following a competitive no-reserve auction featuring 44 bids, highlighting the incredible generosity and support of the Victorian community and residential construction industry.

The result marks a significant milestone for Henley Homes, with the 2025 charity home representing the builder’s 47th Good Friday Appeal home and contributing to more than $22.7 million raised for The Royal Children’s Hospital since 1993.

For Stoddart Group, the initiative represents more than simply supplying and installing building products. It reflects a long standing commitment to supporting meaningful community outcomes and contributing to causes that make a genuine difference to Australian families.

Stoddart Group has proudly partnered on the Good Friday Appeal Charity Home initiative for more than 16 years, working alongside builders, suppliers, trades and industry partners to help bring each home to life.

Year after year, the campaign continues to showcase the collaborative strength and compassionate spirit of the residential construction industry, with businesses across the sector contributing their time, expertise, products and services to support children and families during some of life’s most difficult moments.

The funds raised through the Good Friday Appeal help The Royal Children’s Hospital continue delivering world class care, treatment, research and support services for sick children and their families across Victoria and beyond.

This year’s result was made possible through the combined efforts of builders, trades, suppliers and community partners who united behind a shared purpose.
