As one of Australia’s largest general contractors, Stoddart Group understands that strong operational leadership is critical to sustainable growth.

Building on more than six decades of experience developing leaders through mentoring and hands on progression, we formalised our investment in leadership capability with the launch of our structured Operational Leadership Development Program in 2025. Following the success of the inaugural program, we are continuing to build momentum in 2026 as the next module commences.

This 12 month operational leadership training program strengthens capability in key areas including people leadership, safety and risk management, compliance, commercial acumen and customer relationships. Designed for experienced Operational Leaders across our national network, the program ensures consistent leadership standards while supporting performance, accountability and risk management across the business.

By embedding structured leadership development into our long term growth strategy, we are building a strong pipeline of future ready leaders across Australia’s construction industry.
